Job Title: Customer Service Representative – Work From Home

Position Overview

As a Customer Service Representative, you will handle incoming inquiries and service requests from patients, employees, providers, vendors, and others through various channels such as phone, email, or web portal. You will provide accurate and timely responses with exceptional customer service and adherence to quality standards. Working as part of a collaborative team, you’ll help foster a culture of continuous improvement in business processes and services. You’ll also ensure compliance with local, state, and federal regulations to maintain the privacy and safety of employee and patient information.


Key Responsibilities

  • Address inquiries and service requests from multiple sources (e.g., phone, email, web portal).
  • Deliver accurate and timely responses, maintaining high customer service standards.
  • Build collaborative relationships with customers to enhance satisfaction and identify opportunities for improved service.
  • Support service delivery teams while adhering to privacy, safety, and procedural standards.
  • Operate office equipment (e.g., multi-line phones, printers, faxes, copiers, scanners).

Additional Requirements

Residency Requirement:
Applicants must reside in one of the following states: Utah, Idaho, Arizona, Tennessee, Montana, Missouri, Louisiana, or South Carolina.

Internet Requirement:
A stable internet connection with minimum speeds of 15 Mbps download and 5 Mbps upload is required.


Education and Experience

  • Education: High School Diploma or GED required.
  • Preferred Experience:
    • Medical and healthcare experience.
    • 1+ years of experience in Human Resources, Payroll, Accounts Payable, Supply Chain, call center, or customer service (e.g., healthcare, clinical, hospitality, retail, etc.).
    • Proficiency with Microsoft Office, email systems, and database programs.

Skills and Knowledge

  • Familiarity with processes in functions such as HR, Payroll, Accounts Payable, Supply Chain, or Revenue Cycle Customer Billing.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills to explain information clearly and professionally to diverse audiences.
  • Effective time management and organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
  • Capability to handle confidential information and work independently or as part of a team.
  • Problem-solving skills to evaluate and resolve standard issues using established solutions.

Pay & Benefits

  • Pay Range: $19.67 – $26.56 per hour (adjusted based on location and qualifications).
  • Comprehensive benefits package for eligible roles.
  • Full-time position (40 hours/week), Monday through Friday, with variable daytime shifts.
  • No weekend requirements.
